Returns

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To begin a return, please email us at support@jarfresh.us with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  2. Contact your credit card company

Exchanges & Replacements

We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email a photo and your order number to us, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
